Demand for our dynamic Primus Management Group marketing services continues to rise, and in response we wanted to extend our reach. We scouted around to find out where we might have the most impact, and decided to spread out into another state. The response has been great: we already have several campaigns ready to launch just as soon as we get our branch office up and running.
Of course, that makes this a very busy time for our managers, but it also creates chances for our associates to step up and contribute in new ways. Opening another office, let alone one in another state, is a great way to learn more about planning and logistics. This is what makes our growth such a golden opportunity: current executives can take on more duties and move into leadership, with a vision for expanding into their own offices one day. At the same time, this opens entry-level positions for those looking to make a move into customer acquisitions.
